Fuel, Steps, and Spins—Friday Wins!

Today’s highlight: protein-packed avocado toast with an egg white patty, cottage cheese, and whole wheat bread 🍳🥑. Eating intentionally to fuel my workouts and stay on track.

Despite a full day at the computer, I hit my move goal, completed over 10k steps, and squeezed in an indoor walk + a 31-minute spin. The activity rings are looking good! 🎯

Day 46 ✅ Weigh in came in at .3lbs more. Water is up to 41.2, muscle is up and fat is down. Not my best weigh ins this week but I’m hoping it’s just normal fluctuations of getting back in the gym after not going too much the last two weeks. Today I did a leg day which left my glutes on fire.
