Day 8/75 - 75 Day Medium Challenge
Not every day feels like a win, but I showed up anyway. Motivation was low, so I kept it simple with a quick 10-minute spin and a 30-minute indoor walk—still hit my 10K steps goal! 🏃♀️
For dinner, I kept it on track with a protein-packed unstuffed peppers bowl: ground turkey, bell peppers, onions, diced tomatoes, and rice. 🍴
