☕ Started the day with a protein-packed breakfast: avocado toast topped with egg whites and cottage cheese on whole wheat bread—fueling my body right! 🥑🍞
💪 Fit in an upper body strength workout and crushed my step goal with over 10,000 steps. Feeling strong and accomplished!
💅 Took some time to refresh with a nail appointment and quality time with my best friend—because self-care isn’t just about fitness; it’s about filling your cup emotionally too.
