Today was all about balance and taking care of me. 🖤

☕ Started the day with a protein-packed breakfast: avocado toast topped with egg whites and cottage cheese on whole wheat bread—fueling my body right! 🥑🍞

💪 Fit in an upper body strength workout and crushed my step goal with over 10,000 steps. Feeling strong and accomplished!

💅 Took some time to refresh with a nail appointment and quality time with my best friend—because self-care isn’t just about fitness; it’s about filling your cup emotionally too.

Here’s to taking time for yourself and showing up for your goals in all the ways that matter. 🖤

Day 46 ✅ Weigh in came in at .3lbs more. Water is up to 41.2, muscle is up and fat is down. Not my best weigh ins this week but I’m hoping it’s just normal fluctuations of getting back in the gym after not going too much the last two weeks. Today I did a leg day which left my glutes on fire.

Today was probably my hardest day yet. I had to force myself to lay down and take some medicine to help me feel better. Took a Covid test and it’s not Covid so I guess the season change is just hitting me hard. I drank a lot of water today and hope after some weekend rest I’ll be good as new.
