Week 3: Falling Back in Love with My Routine
Week 3 starts today. 💛
This journey has already taught me that progress isn’t just measured by the number on the scale.
It’s waking up and actually wanting to go for a walk.
It’s looking forward to lifting instead of dreading it.
It’s meal prepping because it makes me feel good—not because I “have to.”
It’s keeping promises to myself even on the days motivation disappears.
Am I exactly where I want to be yet? Not even close.
But I’m becoming someone who shows up consistently, and I think that’s the biggest transformation happening.
