The struggles of trying to loss weight with PCOS😅🥲

At the beginning of 2023 I had reached my highest weight of 226lbs.. I didn’t recognize myself, it just didn’t look like me. Having insulin resistance PCOS cause me so many issues physically, emotionally & mentally. It felt like I was never gonna lose the weight until I did!

2023 I made it my mission to at least get below 200lbs and I did & I was so excited & extremely proud of myself! My lowest weight I got was 177lbs and holy cow did I feel like a different person but I felt like me, I looked like me & it was just a different feeling. I almost felt ‘free’ in a sense 🥹

If you are also struggling just know it will get better, pcos is such a difficult thing to learn & understand specially when finding out what your body likes and doesn’t like. For example my body doesn’t do well with sugar that’s why I’ve switched to zero sugar food now I have less body acne, less bloating, less fatigue, my moods have gotten better!

My page will be showing what I do to help myself continue to lose weight and making myself healthier & hopefully I can help someone else too❤️ I still have weight to loss so if you’d like to join along you of course are more than welcome!!

You aren’t struggling alone, I promise!
