However, if you’re into heavier tasks like video editing or graphic design, iPads with M-series chips such as the iPad Air or Pro models provide significantly more power and efficiency. Another factor to consider is the display technology. Most iPads come with standard LCD displays, but only the iPad Pros have advanced display features that are perfect for visual artists — including True Tone, ProMotion technology with 120Hz refresh rates, and better color accuracy. If digital art or photo editing is your priority, investing in an iPad Pro might be worth it. Also, I tested Apple Pencil compatibility. The Apple Pencil Pro works best with certain Pro models, enhancing precision and responsiveness. If you plan to use your iPad for note-taking, drawing, or design work, verifying Pencil compatibility is essential.
