Pumpkin cheesecake brownies 🤤🎃

•Ingredients•

Brownie:

1 box brownie batter mix with chocolate chips

Pumpkin Cheesecake Layer:

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1/2 c sugar

1 egg (room temperature)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2/3 c pumpkin puree

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

•Directions•

🎃 Step 1 - prepare brownies according to the box directions, and set aside.

🎃 Step 2 - Using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.

🎃 Step 3 - Add sugar and beat together.

🎃 Step 4 - Add vanilla extract and egg and beat together.

🎃 Step 5 - Add pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree and beat together until smooth.

🎃 Step 6: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and 9 in spray baking pan with non stick spray.

🎃 Step 7 - Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan, then layer with pumpkin cheesecake mixture. Scoop the remaining brownie batter on top. Use a tooth pick to swirl the top.

🎃 Step 8 - Bake for 40-45 minutes and let cool completely in pan before removing.

Cover when done!
