Pumpkin cheesecake brownies
Pumpkin cheesecake marbled brownies — so easy, save this to wow the crowd at Thanksgiving! (Or snack on this week🤭)
How to:
Prepare a box of brownies as normal — I used @bobsredmill. Combine 1/2 block of softened cream cheese, 1 cup pumpkin puree (about half of a can), 1 tsp vanilla, a pinch of pumpkin spice, and 3 tbs sugar. Mix well until smooth.
Add 3/4 of the brownie mix to a prepared pan, and then add on dollops of the pumpkin mixture. Swirl with a knife, add on the rest of the brownie batter in dollops, and swirl again. Depending on the brownie mix you use, you may have some extra pumpkin mixture. Bake for about 10 extra minutes than the box recommends — keep an eye on it, and when a toothpick comes out clean from the brownies they’re done!
