🌟 75 ~soft 🌟

This is my first time attempting something like this… here’s some rules I’ve collected:

1️⃣ - this is a tough one. I’ve been snoozing my alarm until 7am… 🫣 but I’d like to try to have more ~slowww~ mornings

2️⃣ - ideally, I’d be reading more than this a day. But at minimum I need 10 pages. I’ve also decided to read yet another thriller (posts coming about my 2024 books soon)

3️⃣ - so, I’d like to be doing this everyday but I do need to be realistic. At least a paragraph recapping my weeks will do.

4️⃣ - gotta start somewhere! I’m really embarrassed by my current average (I work a desk job)

5️⃣ - whether it’s going for a legit walk or hitting the gym…I’ve got to at least try.

6️⃣ - I also want to note no caffeine before some water!!!

7️⃣ - I’d like to actually meal prep/plan most of my meals and try to limit eating out to once or twice a week

8️⃣ - …unless there’s a social occasion of course… still would like to limit myself anyway

9️⃣ - I just really enjoy the thought of this! Whether it be full out with hair and makeup or just an outfit I’m happy and confident in.

🔟 - I’m so bad at this so once again.. gotta start somewhere!
