PERFECT PUMPKIN RECIPE FOR FALL

A true Mexican delicacy 💕

Ingredients:

1 medium pumpkin

4 piloncillo bars

2 cloves

6-7 cinnamon sticks (MEXICAN they’re more fragrant )

Make sure you add only enough water to cover the pumpkin

Add pumpkin and spices into pot and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Then add in the piloncillo.

Boil on medium heat for 1.5 hours then on low for another 20 minutes.

Enjoy alone or with a shot of milk 💕
