Important habits as a girlie in the 30s

You are important and you can not pour out of an empty cup. In order to be your best version of yourself you need to invest in yourself. As a girly in her 30s I have noticed that even small things I decided to do for myself help very much. I want to be able to bless others and find myself in a content state of mind and this is why I choose to do these things.

1. Give yourself at least 30 mins of your day to practice mental health. I love jourmalling and reading my bible or devotional books. I try my best to do this everyday by myself alone from distraction. This helps my overall happiness and really helps my mental health.

2. I get my sleep. If something is getting between me getting my sleep it has to go. Do not get me wrong I do stay up some days here and there but I make sureI can sleep until later to make sure I get at least 8 hours. I do not go out late and really prioritize my sleep. Sleeping is so important for your body and overall health. When you sleep your body rests and gets you ready for the next day. Sleep improves your brain's health, mood, and overall health.

3. I am definitely more achy than when I was in my 20s so you better believe you will see me on the daily stretching. I love to stretch, it helps me with my tight muscles, bloating, and mood. Make time to stretch, you can always check out youtube videos if you are trying to target a specific body area, you will not regret it!
