This is our yearly family tradition. My mother in law cooks the meat and her sons (my spouse) and her daughter and her husband we do all the spreading and my brother in law comes to supervise and run to the store if we need anything . Momo then rolls them Up and puts them in freezer bags. We freeze them and have tamales all year. We do this right after Thanksgiving as a family. We don’t sell them.
