Not everything deserves a reaction
I used to react to everything—a tone, a delay, a moment of silence. But I didn’t realize that behind each reaction was a wound.
Something unhealed. Something that needed my attention, not my shame. Now I’ve learned to pause and ask with gentleness and curiosity:
What is the wound that’s being triggered right now?
And that’s what I help my clients do too.
Because reactivity isn’t a personality flaw. It’s a protective response.
However , healing helps you respond with clarity instead of defense. It gives your mind, body, and soul space to breathe again.
