Reparent Yourself
Wow… where do I start?
On Tuesday, I met with my book coach to go through the final edits for my upcoming book, Reparent Yourself: A 90-Day Guide to Healing Your Inner Child.
Whew. This book has truly been a labor of love.
Imagine 90 days dedicated to your healing journey. For 90 days, you’ll be guided through reflection, growth, healing practices, CBT-based exercises, neuroscience insights, biblical principles, and journal prompts, designed to help you reconnect with the younger parts of yourself that may still be hurting.
The parts that may still show up in your relationships, your finances, your career, your confidence, and even your decision-making.
What started as a desire to help people heal has turned into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.
Inside, you’ll find practical tools to help you understand yourself on a deeper level, identify patterns that may have started years ago, and begin creating new ones that support the life you desire.
What really blessed my heart was hearing my book coach share that even while editing the manuscript, she found herself reflecting, healing, and growing through some of the exercises and insights in the book.
As a trauma counselor, that meant a lot to me because it reminded me why I wrote this book in the first place.
We’re now putting the final pieces together before we hit publish, and honestly, I can’t wait to get this into your hands.
Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me, supported me, prayed for me, and believed in this vision. Your support means more than you know.
Pre-orders will be opening soon, and I’ll be sharing more details as we get closer to release day.
I’m excited for what’s ahead, but even more excited for the healing conversations, breakthroughs, and transformations this book will spark.

Healing your inner child through a structured, 90-day approach can truly change your life. From personal experience, dedicating time daily to guided journaling and reflection unlocks deep emotional patterns that often stem from childhood wounds. What makes this method especially effective is its incorporation of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) exercises, which help reframe negative thoughts and promote healthier thinking habits. Adding neuroscience principles to this process highlights how healing physically rewires the brain, strengthening new, positive neural pathways. Combining these elements with biblical principles brings a comforting spiritual dimension to the journey. For many, faith supports resilience and hope during emotional breakthroughs. In my own healing process, I noticed how focusing on the younger, hurt parts of myself affected areas like confidence and decision-making—as this book outlines. This awareness was key for me to start making meaningful changes. Using journal prompts allowed me to express feelings safely, tracking growth over time, and the gradual shift was empowering. The integration of trauma-informed coaching techniques made the experience feel supportive rather than overwhelming. Importantly, this book doesn’t just offer theory but provides practical tools and exercises designed to be accessible day by day. For anyone looking to heal generational wounds or break harmful patterns affecting relationships and finances, this approach is a valuable guide. It opens doors to deeper self-understanding and eventual transformation, making it a vital resource on the path to recovery and thriving.
