Completed my 75 days!

Such a bittersweet moment. Where do I even begin. From the first day I always had in my mind and constantly thinking how bad do I want this. I'll show up everyday for myself. This is something I wanted to prove to myself that I will and forever will show up for myself. It has nothing to do with anyone else but just me. It was a test from me to me. And I completed that! I did that. I am so happy for myself. I know many of you were so invested and I was so happy to share it every little moment with you all. Even on the days where I felt so completely out of it. I would let you guys know on each post. But I just know I couldn't let and wouldn't let myself down. Here's to self love baby because without her I wouldn't be here completing this! 🥹🤍

-

Now what’s next? I will continue to go to the gym daily. I also want to add a rest day to my routine. I just have been overthinking on what day exactly do I want to have a break. Mid week or weekends?

-

I feel so much better and relief 🥲 I just feel so so happy. I showed up for myself everyday and that gives me so much more confidence boost. Always bet on yourself! 🤍 YOU ARE YOUR GREATEST ASSET.

... Read moreCompleting a 75-day challenge is more than just a commitment; it's a test of will and dedication to self-betterment. Many people embark on fitness journeys, and documenting these experiences can provide motivation for others. Throughout this journey, I discovered that consistency is key. It’s important to show up for ourselves, even on the hard days. I explored how maintaining a fitness routine not only enhances physical health but also boosts mental clarity and confidence. Many fitness enthusiasts recommend establishing a balanced workout schedule that includes rest days. The debate over whether to rest mid-week or on weekends is common among gym-goers. One approach is to listen to your body and recognize when you need a break. Engaging in mindfulness practices or simply enjoying leisure activities can also aid in recovery. Connecting with others on similar fitness journeys can create a strong support network. Online communities offer motivation and accountability, helping individuals stay committed to their goals. The hashtags #75softjourney, #letschat, #fitnessjourney, #bodytransformation, and #motivationdaily are great for finding and sharing experiences. Remember, fitness is a personal journey; betting on yourself is essential to achieving your aspirations. Let's continue to grow and inspire one another!
