Sometimes, I even use a dry brush before my shower – it's amazing for circulation and getting rid of dead skin cells, giving my skin an immediate, healthy boost. It's all about signaling to your body that it's time to wind down and recharge. When it comes to swapping alcohol for mocktails, the benefits extend beyond just avoiding toxins. I've found that consciously choosing vibrant, delicious mocktails packed with fresh fruits, herbs, and even adaptogens can truly support my goals.
