Is it me or have allergies started so early this year?🥲

My sinuses are already killing me even though I take Zyrtec everyday! So I’ve been adding in natural antihistamines to support my body during this season + other hacks ✨

I try to stay away from high histamine foods while I ovulate because histamine & estrogen ramp each other up and I’m wayyy more sensitive during that time 🫠
