Burrata with sautéd tomatoes 🍅

Here is your appetizer for your Italian dinner night.

This one is easy and will forsure impress. People will think your house is a restaurant out of Andria Italy

Ingredients

Burrata - 1 ball

Cherry tomatoes - about 1/2 cup or more halved

1 Fresh garlic clove - minced

Pesto (homemade or store bought)

Balsamic glaze

Parmesan cheese

Fresh bread (toasted if you like that)

Salt

Pepper

Dried oregano

Red pepper flakes

1. Cut cherry peppers in half. Put in a medium sauce pan on medium heat with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, dried oregano (to taste). Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tomatoes soft and cooked through. Next add in 1 clove of minced fresh garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Set aside.

2. Grab a plate and place cooked tomatoes. Next put burratta ball directly on top(i like slicing into 6 pieces but keeping ball together). Next drizzle with balsamic glaze, top with pesto, freshly grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes

3. Serve with toasted sliced bread.
