Baked brie

This baked Brie is the Perfect appetizer, I made a sweet baked brie with Jam and berries. You can add any toppings you want the possibilities are endless from savory to sweet.

——Ingredients——

8oz of Brie

1/2 cup jam your favorite flavor

1/2 cup blackberries

1/2 cup strawberries cut into fourths

Crushed Pistachios

1 baguette cut into slices

Olive oil for the baguette

1. Preheat oven to 350°

2. Remove brie from package and wrapping; do not remove rind. Score the top with a knife, being careful to only penetrate the rind Cut in a criss-cross pattern.

3. Top the scored brie with your favorite flavor of jam, blackberries and strawberries.

4. Bake the Brie for about 15 minutes.

5. While the Brie is baking, cut a baguette into thin slices then Place the slices on the lined baking sheet. Drizzle both sides with olive oil then bake at 350° for about 10 minutes then broil until golden and crispy.

6. Once the Brie comes out of the oven sprinkle the crushed pistachios on top and serve right away with the crispy toasted crostini.
