A core workout you can save & try when you’re ready!! 🖤
Instead of writing out how many reps, rounds or amount of time — I want to challenge you to try this however it best fits YOU
That could mean..
Doing 1 round of this everyday for the next 2 weeks or
Setting a timer for 10 mins & getting through as many rounds as possible or
Saying (& executing) ‘I will get through 3 rounds of 10 reps each, no matter how long it takes’ for the next 2 weeks…
And then you’ll come back realizing just how much stronger you feel!! 🔥
I share it this way bc as a mom of 3 boys I’ve realized moms need fitness challenges that works inside motherhood, not outside of it… and that looks different for each one of us in this season!!
*Also note* I’ve been doing deep core workouts like these for the last 20 months after baby #3!! So it’s important to note that consistency will change your body faster than intensity ever will 💯especially once you become a mom!!
Lmk if you give this a try & what you think 😍(and if you want to see more from me, be sure to follow along!!)

As a mom myself, I've found that maintaining a flexible workout routine post-pregnancy is key to long-term success and well-being. The core moves shared here, such as standing overhead marches, weighted glute marches, and side plank variations, are excellent choices for gradually rebuilding strength and stability without overwhelming your schedule. When returning to fitness after childbirth, especially after multiple pregnancies, consistency often matters more than intensity. Starting with manageable goals like completing just one round each day or setting a timer for short sessions makes it easier to stay committed and prevent burnout or injury. This approach allows moms to integrate workouts seamlessly into their daily routines without feeling pressured by fixed reps or time constraints. Incorporating weighted exercises such as dumbbell halos and weighted bird dogs can further enhance muscle engagement and improve posture, which is essential for moms who spend a lot of time carrying children or doing household tasks. These moves also support deeper core muscles often affected by pregnancy. I recommend tracking your progress by how you feel physically and mentally, rather than focusing solely on numbers. Over time, you'll likely notice improved core strength, better posture, and increased energy levels, which can enhance both your fitness journey and overall quality of life. For those balancing motherhood and fitness, remember that every little effort counts. Even a brief daily workout can make a meaningful difference, especially when tailored to your unique schedule and needs. Give this core workout a try and adjust it based on what feels sustainable and effective for you. Your body will thank you, and you'll feel more empowered as you navigate postpartum fitness.
