Korean BBQ Meatballs with Spicy Mayo Dip

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, grated

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 egg, beaten

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

For the Spicy Mayo Dip:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

1 teaspoon lime juice

Salt to taste

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, black pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.

While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Adjust the spice level to your preference.

Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve them warm, garnished with sesame seeds, alongside the spicy mayo dip.
