For the Seafood:
- 1 lb shrimp, deveined and shell-on
- 1 lb crab legs (snow or king)
- 2 lobster tails
- 2 ears of corn, cut in halves
- ½ lb baby potatoes (optional)
For the Seasoning:
- 4 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
For the Butter Sauce:
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
#### Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- If using, boil the baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Corn:
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the corn halves and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. Boil the Seafood:
- In the same pot, combine enough water to cover the seafood (about 4-6 quarts). Add the Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Bring to a rolling boil.
- Add the crab legs first and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the shrimp and lobster tails, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and lobster is cooked through.
- Once done, drain all the seafood and corn from the pot.
4. Make the Butter Sauce:
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté about 1 minute.
