Congenital heart disease awareness makeup

I have congenital heart disease or chd for short! I was born with it and I have had 3 open heart surgeries and will need more. I use my platform to do fun makeup and creative makeup but, I also use it to raise awareness through makeup. No matter what disease you have we all stand and fight together! #makeup #makeupideas #creativemakeup #chd #chdawareness

... Read moreLiving with congenital heart disease (CHD) has its unique challenges, especially when you've undergone several open-heart surgeries like I have. Beyond the physical health aspects, I've found that expressing myself through makeup has provided a therapeutic outlet and a voice to raise awareness. Makeup isn’t just about looking good—it can be a medium to share powerful stories and educate others. When I create makeup looks inspired by CHD awareness, I use colors and designs that symbolize strength, resilience, and hope. Sharing these looks on my platform helps start conversations about CHD, a condition many people know very little about. It’s truly an empowering experience to connect with others who face similar health battles, or those who simply want to support and learn more. The community around CHD awareness makeup is growing, with artists combining creativity and advocacy. If you or someone you know is affected by heart disease or other chronic illnesses, I encourage trying creative outlets like makeup. It can boost confidence, raise awareness, and foster a sense of solidarity as we all fight our battles together. Remember, no matter what disease or challenge you face, we stand united in hope and courage.
