Day 20 of My 30-Day Arm Challenge!
I built this program myself, and I’m excited to see the strength and growth that comes from it.
Here’s the workout:
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Lateral Servers
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Around the Worlds
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Scarecrows
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Tricep Pulses
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Front servers
• 4 sets x 12 reps — Bicep Curls (last set = AMRAP)
• 4 sets x 12 reps— overhead tricep extensions
Finished strong with 50 reps on the final bicep curl set 🔥
Let’s see what we can do in 30 days together. #pcos #midsize #michiganmom #bingeeatingrecovery #bodydysmorphia
Having embarked on this 30-day arm challenge myself, I can say consistency truly matters in seeing measurable strength and muscle growth. Each exercise, such as Lateral Servers and Around the Worlds, targets different muscles around your shoulders and arms, which helps develop balanced arm strength. Personally, including Scarecrows and Tricep Pulses allowed me to notice improved muscle definition and endurance by day 20. One tip that boosted my progress was focusing on controlled movements during every repetition, especially during the AMRAP (as many reps as possible) set of Bicep Curls, which pushes your muscles to adapt and grow. Incorporating varied exercises like Front Servers and Overhead Tricep Extensions ensures your arms are not just stronger but also more functional for everyday activities. If you are dealing with conditions like PCOS, or recovering from challenges such as binge eating or body dysmorphia, structured fitness routines like this can also support mental well-being alongside physical health. Remember, it’s essential to listen to your body and adjust weights or reps to avoid injury while still challenging yourself. Tracking your progress daily motivates you and helps identify improvements. By sticking with this program through day 30 and beyond, you will likely notice enhanced arm tone and strength, making it a rewarding fitness journey.
