Butterscotch Caramel Cold Brew
Butterscotch Caramel Cold Brew
Summer is coming and this is a perfect way to flavor your morning cold brew. So delicious and less sugar with the use of stevia.
All you need is butterscotch stevia drops, caramel drizzle, cold brew, and milk of choice! I used the brand Better Stevia and it doesn’t taste bad. This one is my favorite that I’ve tried! Just use any caramel drizzle you can find and use your favorite cold brew! I like making my own personally in a French press. Posting this recipe soon! As for milk, I’ve been using whole milk lately and it goes perfect. But use your favorite!

Okay, so you've nailed the Butterscotch Caramel Cold Brew recipe – amazing, right? But what if I told you we could take it up another notch? I've been obsessed with adding a creamy, dreamy butterscotch cold foam on top. It's super easy to make and really elevates the whole experience, giving you that coffee shop vibe right at home! Here’s how I make mine: take about 1/4 cup of your favorite milk (I love using a touch of heavy cream for extra richness, or even oat milk for a dairy-free option!), a few drops of butterscotch stevia (or a tiny splash of butterscotch syrup if you prefer), and whip it with a hand frother or a small blender until it’s thick and foamy. Then, spoon it right on top of your cold brew. Seriously, prepare to be amazed! This is perfect for those of you who were looking for 'butterscotch cold foam' ideas and a truly indulgent feel. Speaking of butterscotch, while I adore using stevia drops for a low-sugar option, I know some of you might be wondering about a classic 'butterscotch syrup for coffee recipe'. If you're looking for that traditional sweet kick, making your own butterscotch syrup is surprisingly simple. You'll need brown sugar, butter, and a little cream or milk. Just melt the butter, add brown sugar, a pinch of salt, and then stir in the cream until it's smooth and syrupy. Let it cool, and then you have a delicious homemade syrup to drizzle into your cold brew or any other coffee drink. It’s a game-changer if you’re not tracking sugar as closely! And for those asking about the cold brew itself – remember how I mentioned making my own in a French press? It’s a total game-changer for flavor and freshness. All you need is coarse-ground coffee and cold water. Mix them in your French press, let it steep in the fridge for 12-18 hours, then press and dilute to your liking. Making your own 'COLD BREW butterscotch caramel' base ensures the freshest taste. You can even experiment with different coffee beans to find your perfect match, aiming for a smooth, less acidic concentrate. Don't be afraid to play around with this recipe! If you're craving a 'butterscotch iced coffee' but don't have cold brew on hand, simply brew your coffee hot, let it cool completely, and then proceed with the butterscotch and caramel additions. I've also seen some amazing variations that add a pinch of sea salt for a 'butterscotch sea salt latte' kind of vibe, or even a hint of chocolate if you're into 'chocolate butterscotch cold brew' – the possibilities are endless! This recipe is such a fantastic base for all your butterscotch coffee dreams. Whether you stick to the low-sugar stevia version or indulge in homemade syrup and cold foam, this butterscotch caramel combination is pure bliss. It’s my little coffee shop secret, and now it’s yours too! Enjoy your delicious creation! #homemadecoffee #coldbrewlove
