Y’all blame genetics… but ignore your routine 👀🌿

this is what consistency looks like

comment “GROWTH” for the link 🤍

4/14 Edited to

... Read moreMany people quickly attribute their progress or lack thereof to genetics, but in my experience, the true game-changer is your daily routine. I used to think my genetics limited what I could achieve, especially in areas like fitness and skincare. However, after committing to a consistent routine over several months, I started seeing real results that genetics alone couldn't explain. Consistency is about small, repeatable actions day after day that compound into significant progress. For example, setting aside just 10 minutes daily for a targeted workout or a skincare regimen can dramatically improve your results compared to sporadic intense efforts. One thing I realized is that developing consistency requires planning and realistic goal setting. It helps to choose routines that fit naturally into your daily life rather than forcing drastic changes. Over time, these become habits, reducing the mental load and increasing adherence. Moreover, tracking progress with journals or apps can boost motivation. Seeing visual proof of your growth encourages you to keep going despite challenges. So, rather than blaming genetics, focus on what you control—your habits and routines. Consistency is your best tool for growth, whether you’re aiming to build muscle, improve skin health, or enhance overall wellness. Start small, be patient, and watch how your dedication transforms your results over time.
