STEP GOAL ACCOUNTABILITY

➡️Get a device to wear to capture your steps; nothing expensive..even a pedometer will do..Android and Apple phones can also operate and capture steps.
➡️..Dont make outrageous goals..start at least2000 to 3000 a day and each week increase (I am starting with you)..But maybe you are farther along and thats okay.
➡️..step in place..park a bit farther..take the long way ..go to the mall..grocery store and walk around. Its Not the pace right now..its just getting intentional movement in your life
➡️ you can track your steps so many ways. write it down..use a device and or look for an app

My Goal is MINIMUM 3000 for next 7 days..so total for a week..21000...if successful then will move to 3500. SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE.
