Gut healing foods

5/28 Edited to

... Read moreTaking care of your gut health can have amazing benefits beyond digestion, especially for your skin and hair. From my personal experience, incorporating foods like avocados, salmon, and oranges into my diet has been a game-changer. Avocados are packed with healthy fats and vitamin E, which help keep my skin hydrated and elastic. I noticed a visible improvement in my skin's smoothness after just a few weeks. Salmon is another powerhouse thanks to its omega-3 fatty acids. Not only does it reduce inflammation inside the body, but it also gives my hair more shine and strength. Whenever I include salmon in my meals, my hair feels less brittle and looks healthier. Oranges, rich in vitamin C, play a crucial role in collagen production. Collagen is what keeps the skin firm and youthful, and the boost from vitamin C has definitely helped reduce the early signs of aging on my face. I also found it really motivating to track my weight and BMI using the Diyt app while focusing on these nutritious foods. It’s rewarding to see overall health improvements reflected in data, which goes beyond simple weight loss and includes how vibrant and healthy I feel. For anyone on a gut health journey, combining these foods with a balanced diet and regular exercise can lead to lasting benefits not only internally but also in outward appearance. Consistency is key—the more you support your gut with the right nutrients, the more your hair, skin, and overall glow will improve naturally.
