「セブンの50%増量っていつまで？」がいちばん気になりますよね。私も店頭で見かけてから慌てて買いに行くタイプなので、今回は“取り逃し防止”の観点で、参加してみて分かったポイントを補足します。 まず、50周年キャンペーンの増量企画は「第1弾」など弾ごとに対象商品が入れ替わることが多いです。終了日は公式発表や店頭告知で案内される一方、数量限定の商品もあるので、体感としては「いつまで＝在庫があるうちに早め」が安心。特にSNSで話題になった商品（デカ豚ラーメンの“アブラ増”みたいなインパクト系）は、夕方以降に行くと棚が薄い日もありました。 買い方のコツは3つ。①発売直後の2〜3日が狙い目（初動は入荷が安定しやすい）②昼〜夕方の補充タイミングを意識（店舗によって納品時間が違うので、同じ店で見当をつけると◎）③どうしても欲しいなら朝イチ。私は「数量限定」の文字を見た瞬間、迷わず早い時間に動くようにしています。 対象6商品の“増量のうれしさ”の感じ方も少し補足します。甘党なら「ふわっと生どら焼つぶあん＆ホイップ」は、ホイップが増えると満足感が跳ね上がるタイプ。食事系は「直火炙りのゴロっと焼豚チャーハン」と「こだわり THEたまごサンド」が特に実感しやすくて、普段の価格のまま“もう一口が続く”のが良いところでした。 そして話題になりがちなのが「中華蕎麦とみ田監修 デカ豚ラーメン アブラ増」。こってり好きには刺さる反面、アブラの満足度が高いので、私は温玉や刻みネギを足して食べやすく調整しました。逆にさっぱり寄りでバランスを取りたい日は「こうじ味噌マヨネーズ入り 野菜スティック」が便利。ディップが増えると野菜が最後まで楽しく食べられます。 最後に、店頭で迷ったときの判断基準。私は「①今日食べるなら満足度（ラーメン/チャーハン）」「②シェアするならたまごサンド」「③甘い締めならどら焼き」の順で選ぶことが多いです。セブンの50%増量キャンペーンは“見かけたら即買い”が正解になりやすいので、気になる人は早めにチェックしてみてくださいね。
