Instructions

1. Prep the Bananas

1. Slice bananas into ½-inch rounds.

2. Lay them out on a parchment-lined plate or tray.

2. Add Peanut Butter

3. Add a small spoonful of crunchy peanut butter onto half of the banana slices.

4. Top each with another slice to form little mini sandwiches.

5. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm (this makes dipping easier).

3. Melt the Chocolate

6. In a microwave-safe bowl, add:

• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark melting chocolate

• 1–2 tsp avocado oil

7. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.

4. Dip the Banana Bites

8. Remove the banana bites from the freezer.

9. Dip each one fully into the melted chocolate using a fork.

10. Place them back onto parchment paper.

Optional Topping

• Sprinkle shredded coconut on top before the chocolate hardens.

5. Freeze to Set

11. Freeze for 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely firm.

6. Enjoy & Store

• Serve slightly thawed for best texture.

• Store extras in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
