Recipes✨
1st Meal- Shrimp ,Broccoli and White Rice .
Shrimp seasoned with : Tony’s creole seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder,onion powder,minced garlic , and honey, sautéed in a pan with olive oil .
Broccoli :boiled in chicken bouillon and black pepper with butter .
White rice : boiled with black pepper, salt , and unsalted butter and topped with parsley. I use the instant rice bags for meal preps .
2nd Meal- Sweet Chili Chicken fajitas
Chicken seasoned with : Tony’s creole seasoning, garlic powder , onion powder, black pepper, and paprika sautéed in a saucepan with olive oil . When the chicken is half way cooked I added in my vegetables . I used green and red bell peppers and onions . When all of that is cooked to my liking I add franks sweet chili sauce.
The other compartment has lettuce, cheese , and sour cream in separate containers/bags . I also roll a few tortillas in aluminum foil.
3rd Meal- Salmon, mashed potatoes with spinach, and sautéed French beans .
Salmon seasoned with : Tony’s creole seasoning, garlic powder , onion powder, black pepper, minced garlic and paprika sautéed in a saucepan with olive oil . Once fully cooked the Salmon was tossed in General Tso
sauce
Mashed potatoes with spinach: First I sauté my spinach with black pepper, salt, unsalted butter and minced garlic until tender . I then take a bag of instant mashed potatoes and mix them together and add more salt or black pepper if needed .Sometimes I choose to make the mashed potatoes from scratch but when making more than 3 meal choices at a time I will opt for instant .
French beans: After washing the beans I boil them in chicken bouillon , minced garlic , and butter until tender . Once they are tender enough for me I transfer the into a saucepan with more butter to get more of a buttery flavor .
4th Meal-BBQ chicken , French Beans , and Yellow potatoes.
Chicken seasoned with : Tony’s creole seasoning, garlic powder , onion powder, black pepper, and paprika sautéed in a saucepan with olive oil . Once chicken is fully cooked I add my bbq sauce of choice , I used sweet baby rays sweet and spicy .

Yellow potatoes: I took a small bag of yellow potatoes and cut each potato into fourths . I seasoned the potatoes with better goods garlic butter seasoning, black pepper , minced garlic , butter , and olive oil . I wrapped them up in aluminum foil and put them in the air fryer until they were fork tender.
5th meal : Pepper chicken over white rice , with sautéed broccoli.
Chicken seasoned with : Tony’s creole seasoning, garlic powder , onion powder, black pepper, and paprika sautéed in a saucepan with olive oil . When chicken is Half way cooked I add in my vegetables and mushrooms. I used red bell pepper, sweet onion , and baby Bella mushrooms. For the gravy I used Heinz chicken gravy , which I added once everything was fully cooked and seasoned the gravy with the same seasonings as the chicken with a pinch of sugar to balance the salty flavor .
White rice : boiled with black pepper, salt , and unsalted butter and topped with parsley. I use the instant rice bags for meal preps .
Broccoli :boiled in chicken bouillon and black pepper with butter .
6th meal : Shrimp and broccoli pasta .
Shrimp seasoned with : Tony’s creole seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder,onion powder,minced garlic , and honey, sautéed in a pan with olive oil .
Pasta : I boiled a box of rotini noodles in chicken broth until tender . Once tender I add in heavy whipping cream , steamed broccoli and Parmesan cheese and seasoned that with Tony’s creole seasoning , black pepper , and a splash of franks red hot sauce. When the pasta is done I add the shrimp on top and sprinkle more Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes .
