During summer, the combination of heat, more time spent outdoors, people coming over and higher levels of pollen and other allergens can lead to allergies and feeling sick.

Doing these simple routines helps me reduce sinus issues like washing bedding weekly, leaving shoes at the door for hygiene and cleaning sheets and throw pillow covers regularly. I also make sure to check and clean air filters often.

I suffer from sinus issues, so keeping up with these habits year round.
