For the protein girlies ✨
My biggest struggle is getting in enough protein each day, so I'm ways looking for easy ways to help incorporate it.
Cue the easiest "bagel" I've ever made!!! Equal parts self rising flour and non fat plain Greek yogurt. (If you don't have self rising flour, add 2tsp baking powder and 1/4tsp salt per cup of flour) Mix, form into bagels, brush with an egg wash, and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Each bagel has about 12g
I topped with everything bagel seasoning, but you can also add in whatever you like to flavor your bagels with!
