THESE WORKOUTS ARE WORKING !!

I'm so proud of how far my arms have come !! Still a ways to go though so let's get it! I used 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells for this workout and did everything 30-45 seconds each for 4 sets! I mainly used the 10 and 15 pound dumbbells btw the 5 pound really only got used for the latera
