Aim for 3 to 4 sets of 10 to 15 reps on each machine, adjusting the weight to maintain good form without compromising control. Be sure to engage your core and avoid using momentum to lift the weight; this ensures the targeted muscles do the work. Incorporating a variety of exercises, like squats and lunges alongside CYBEX machines, can provide a comprehensive approach to glute and hamstring development. Remember, consistency is key.
