Thinly sliced pork belly... 200g
New onion... 1 / 2
Bamboo shoots (boiled in water): 1 piece (180g)
Garlic... 1 clove
Black pepper... a little

Water 400 ml
Soy sauce: 1.5 tablespoons
Liquor... tablespoon 1.5
Salt... 1 / 4 teaspoon
How to make
1️⃣.
Cut pork belly into 5cm wide slices.
Slice the new onion and garlic thinly.
Cut the boiled bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces.
