Simple:

✔️Spring mix/lettuce

✔️Lean ground meat of your choice: Turkey, Chicken, or Beef: Season with a taco seasoning pack or use whatever seasoning or spices you have on hand to your liking

✔️Sweet Potatoes/Russet Potatoes season to your liking & toss in olive oil place on a baking sheet & bake @400 degrees for 20-25 mins

✔️Pico(diced tomatoes, purple onions, jalapeños, lime, & salt can add cilantro as well)

✔️Greek Plain Yogurt

✔️Salsa Verde of your choice, hot sauce, any type of sauce to add

✔️ Avocado Slices

Optional: Add fat free/light shredded cheese on top
