🌿🪻Dog Chakra Alignment 🪻🌿

Hey everyone, today I wanted to take a few minutes to talk Dog Chakras.

Humans have 7 chakras, Dogs have MORE! There are 9 or 10 .. although they have started to mention 2 more, so the basic 7 Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, Crown. Dogs also have Brachial and Sensory (these are all the ones I did) They also have Bud (between the paw pads and on the entry to the ears.) I did not do this one this time around.

Major was my test subject, he has been having a lot of issues with being unsettled and barking at literally nothing lately, he is barking at air, at birds, at cars driving by, even the ones on the highway, he has not usually acted this way so i decided to balance him out

The crystals I used were

Root - Red Jasper

Sacral- Moonstone (I used rainbow as I didn't have regular)

Solar Plexus - Citrine

Heart- Rose Quartz

Throat-Lapis Lazuli

Brow (in animals Third Eye in humans) - Amethyst

Crown - Clear Quartz

Brachial - Obsidian

Sensing -Pyrite

Now he did move a little once they were placed so the crown ended up in his ear lol but I wasn't disturbing him at that point

To prepare him, I used some of my own Dog Calm oil blend, but you can use lavender (Dog Calm will be for sale again soon)

I had him lay down and I put the oil in my hands and then massaged him down to relaxing .. the first few stones were a process he was nervous. So he kept moving and they fell off, so we tried each crystal 1 at a time so he could get used to it... once that had calmed him with a little clearing of each chakra I was able to get all of the crystals on and he fell asleep for over an hour!! He moved and a couple fell off. I removed the rest and he slept for a further 40 mins.. he woke up looking hung over lol

He has also been much calmer since last night, no random barking or freaking out!

Just like humans, dogs possess a complex energetic system, often described as having more chakras than us – typically 9 or even 10! Understanding these can offer incredible insights into your pet's physical and emotional well-being, transforming how you connect with and care for them. Let's dive deeper into some of the key dog chakras and what they mean for your pup's overall health and happiness. The Root Chakra, located at the base of the tail, is fundamentally about security, grounding, and survival. If your dog exhibits excessive anxiety, fearfulness, destructive behaviors, or separation issues, it might indicate an imbalance here. For the Sacral Chakra, found in the lower abdomen, it governs emotions, creativity, and joy. Issues here could manifest as lethargy, a lack of playfulness, or even uncharacteristic aggression. The Solar Plexus Chakra, situated in the abdomen, relates to confidence, personal power, and self-esteem. Watch for signs like excessive shyness, timidity, or on the flip side, overly dominant or bossy behaviors. The Heart Chakra, located in the chest area, is central to love, compassion, and connection. A dog that suddenly becomes withdrawn, aloof, or unusually clingy might have an imbalanced heart chakra. The Throat Chakra, found in the throat area, governs communication and self-expression. Is your dog barking incessantly, whimpering unusually, or becoming unusually quiet? These could be signs of an imbalance here. The Brow Chakra (or Third Eye in humans), positioned between the eyes, is about intuition and perception, while the Crown Chakra, at the top of the head, connects to higher wisdom and spiritual energy. Any confusion, difficulty learning, or a general sense of being 'lost' might point to imbalances in these upper chakras. Beyond these seven, dogs have unique chakras like the Brachial Chakra, located at the shoulders, which is absolutely central to the animal-human bond. If your dog seems disconnected, struggles with training, or shows resistance to physical contact, this chakra might need attention. The Sensing Chakras are distributed at major joints and nerve endings, vital for their connection to the environment and their physical movement. And let's not forget the often-mentioned Bud Chakras, found on their paw pads and at the entry to their ears, which are believed to absorb and release energy from their surroundings. How do you know if your dog's chakras are balanced? It's all about keen observation. Pay close attention to their behavior, energy levels, appetite, and overall mood. Sudden changes – like the increased barking my Major experienced, lethargy, aggression, or a sudden lack of interest in play – can be key indicators. While crystals can be wonderful tools, you don't always need them to help your pup. Sometimes, a calm and quiet environment, gentle massage, focused loving attention, or even just consistent routine can help bring their energy centers back into harmony. Trust your intuition; you know your dog best, and your loving presence is often the most powerful healing tool.
