how i’ll clear my sacral chakra 🐅🧘🏽‍♀️📿

i love to focus on my chakras individually & with purpose & focus.

i usually work my chakras depending on how i’m feeling or in accordance with what’s happening in my astrological charts 📈 💫♑️ i’m currently focusing on one chakra a month, cleaning towards my crown

🍑🔥the sacral chakra is an energy center in our bodies responsible for creativity, sexual pleasure & sensuality.

it is located below the naval at the pubic bone.

WAYS TO CLEAR SACRAL CHAKRA

-lean into the color orange

-practice asana postures that target the sacral area. (some of these poses include ananda balasana (happy baby), utkata konasana (goddess pose), & malasana (squat).🧘🏽‍♀️

-use stones & crystals like carnelian, tigers eye, orange calcite & gold stone or amber.

-take a soothing bath with essential oils.🛁🫧

-tap into my creative side through journaling, dance, art, or whatever expression i’m feeling in the moment.

-practice using affirmations🙂‍↕️

-the sacral chakra is associated with creative flow & physical movement; the fluidity of the water element can help balance a blocked sacral chakra.

i’ll take baths & meditate in the shower.🚿 ⏳

-use the frequency of the sacral chakra- 417 Hz🔊-

this frequency is also known for its ability to remove negative frequencies. so ill play this frequency specifically while meditating & preparing my tea. 🍵

-i will focus on dance & music that helps me drop into my body.👄👀🫦

•my hope is when life gets wild, i’ll have a go-to place to meditate in. i’ll be less likely to skip my inner work & by the time the election is here, i’ll have worked through to my crown. 📿🖤
