their shokupan was incredibly fluffy and milky, with a gentle sweetness 🍞 you can pair it with their azuki paste or their newest homemade apple jam 😗 both were lovely, but the red bean one stole my heart!!
for those with a sweet tooth, their banana cake is such a treat 🍌🍰 it’s moist, naturally sweet from the mashed bananas and raisins, and the walnuts add a satisfying crunch. a really nice blend of flavours and textures!
if you prefer something savoury in the morning, their sourdough focaccia is the way to go 😇 it comes loaded with tomatoes, garlic confit and jalapeños. all these ingredients made it supwr fragrant and deliciously savoury 😋
