Healthy gluten free oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs

- 1 banana

- 1/4 cup of oats

Directions:

1.) blend oats, eggs, and banana

2.) add a slightly thick slice of butter or a slightly generous amount of cooking oil

3.) on a medium heat, cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown

4.) once golden brown, flip over and cook for 1-2 minutes

5.) repeat steps 3-4 a few times

6.) top with maple syrup or fruit if you want
