⬆️High protein Venison soup 🍜
Growing up in Pennsylvania, venison soup was a staple in our household. I have my own little spin on it, as I used a slow cooker to make a bit of a stew.
I added salt, black pepper, garlic and onion powder, chives, basil, carrots and celery, and a garden broth base. Let cook for 3 hours, and saw the meat off the bone into the soup/stew. @Lemon8 Food
Love how this turned out, though next time I’m definitely pre-cooking the carrots.
