Weekday 10 Minute Meal

This beautiful and yummy dish only took 10 minutes to make! It was not only fast to make, but so fresh and delicious! Perfect for a busy weekday!

I also love to romanticize dinners, even during the week because why not. It’s a nice way to enjoy the family over a hot meal at the end of the day.

Add a bouquet of flowers and simply set the table. Serve dinner in a serving dish instead of out of the pan. It makes such a lovely touch to dinner time ✨

Ingredients:

Linguine

Garlic

Parsley

Broccoli

Yellow onion

Lemon

Olive oil

Salt, pepper and red pepper flakes

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions

Sauté the onion, broccoli and garlic in olive oil

Once the pasta is ready add it to the pan with the onions and broccoli. Add 1/4 cup of pasta water and mix well. Zest the lemon and sprinkle the pasta with parsley. Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste.
