🥞 The fluffiest homemade pancakes that disappear faster than I can make them 🤍

✨ Ingredients:

• 1½ cups all-purpose flour

• 3½ tsp baking powder

• 2 tbsp sugar

• ¼ tsp salt

• 1¼ cups milk

• 1 egg

• 3 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for cooking)

• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.

3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. A few lumps are perfectly fine!
