Mobility is Key

I see thousands of patients a month who complain of low back pain and how they have ruptured disc and “bone on bone” joints that will never feel better🤔. I also have lots of golfers, runners, and other weekend warriors and athletes who say they will never play the sport they love cause they have a back “always goes out” 🤷

Over 90% of these people have hip and thoracic spine mobility issues that affect the stability of their low back and results in alter movement patterns. It’s funny how many people say, “I did not think I was going to get anything out of this” and will be able to do it he things they love most with little to no back pain.

Is hip mobility the total fix, absolutely not. However, it is a key factor that must be fixed before you can reach your goal of having little to no pain with activity.
