Occasion & Servings: 6 fluffy dinner rolls

Dry Ingredient & Portion:
4 cups of flour
1/2 cup of Sugar
1/2 tbsp of Salt
2 tbsp of Active instant yeast

Wet Ingredient & Portion:
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
1 Egg
(as needed) vegan butter

Detailed Steps:
To a pot bring almond milk to a nice warm and add in the active yeast stir until combined.

In a bowl only using 2 cups of flour for this portions combine all the dry ingredient in a bowl and begin to combine well. once mixed, pour in the milk and add the egg until dough starts to get sticky and form.

Move the dough into a buttered bowl kneed someone. This time smoothing out the dough once in a nice big dough roll. Let sit for 30mins with a Damon napkin and dry cloth. Once 30mins has passed. pull pieces of the dough to form into medium to big sized rolls.

Once you have 6 in a buttered down cooking pan place the 6 rolls and what ever kinds of topping to the rolls you’d like! I added everything seasoning, pumpkin seeds, and garlic and Rosemary.

Bake at 375 for 30-45 mins. Once out the oven let sit for 10-15 mins then enjoy!
Additional tips/notes: make you a good ol honey butter or olive oil dip and add some cream cheese to these bad boys
