8oz cream cheese

1/2 cup of sugar

1 tsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp vanilla

Dash of salt

2 eggs

1 pre-made gram cracker crust

Topping Ingredient & Portion:

1 cup of sour cream

2 tbsp of sugar

1/4 tsp vanilla

fresh fruit or canned fruit filling

Preheat an oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit mix the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt until well blended. Add in the two eggs one at a time mixing well after each add. Get your pre made pie crust and begin putting the cheesecake mixture into it bake for 25-30 min or until a knife come out clean

Icing directions

Mix together the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla, and spread over the pie bake fat an additional 10 mins then cool, chill for 3 hrs. Top with fresh fruit or canned

Additional tips/notes: add the canned fruit in prior for a more flavorful experience
