2 Week Progress

Now, I very well could be losing my mind. But, I think I’m seeing something! I feel it too!

Flatter tummy due to reduced bloating and smaller waist/rounder butt - Idk what to thank for that.

But most people don’t see changes that fast. I’m so excited to see where I am at December 1! 😍

... Read moreEmbarking on a weight transformation journey can bring about remarkable changes in a short amount of time. Many individuals experience varying results, with some noticing a flatter tummy and a reduced waistline after just a couple of weeks. This progress may be attributed to several factors such as dietary adjustments, consistent exercise routines, and hydration. To optimize your journey, consider integrating strength training and cardiovascular workouts into your weekly schedule. Training guides and community support, like fitness forums or local gym groups, can boost motivation and lead to more sustainable results. Staying active not only promotes weight loss but also enhances overall well-being. Moreover, keeping track of your measurements and reflecting on your progress can be incredibly motivating. Documenting changes, like improvements in mood or energy levels, is just as important as tracking weight. Just remember, everyone's journey is unique, and setting realistic goals is key to long-term success in any fitness endeavor.

How I workout less but make more progress
There was a time when I thought training six days a week was the key to progress. More workouts = better results, right? Wrong. I was constantly tired, struggling to get stronger, not seeing aesthetic changes, and feeling burnt out. My sleep sucked, my stress was high, and worst of all…I was bin

One week off won’t ruin your results. But inconsistency the other 51 will. This is the week people panic. They think they’ve “blown it.” They fall into all-or-nothing thinking — like they need to go extreme to fix what happened on one day. But here’s what I tell my clients: This week does
