My No-Buy List (Money Mindset Reset)

I’m doing a No-Buy reset because my spending has been on autopilot…

and I’m ready to take my peace back.

This isn’t about being “good.”

It’s about getting my money to match my values again.

🚫 MY NO-BUY LIST (for a mindset reset)

1) Impulse shopping

If it’s not on my list, it’s a not today.

2) Random Amazon/Target runs

No browsing. No “just one thing.”

3) Coffee runs that turn into $20

I can still have coffee — it just needs to be planned.

4) New clothes / trendy finds

I’m wearing what I already own.

5) Extra subscriptions

If I haven’t used it this month, it’s gone.

6) “Treat myself” spending when I’m stressed

I’m learning to cope without spending.

7) Duplicate products

No backups unless I’m truly out.

🧠 WHY I’M DOING THIS (the mindset shift)

Because I’m done buying things that give me 30 seconds of dopamine

and 30 days of regret.

A No-Buy reset helps me:

✅ notice triggers

✅ build discipline

✅ stop emotional spending

✅ save faster without feeling deprived

This is not punishment.

It’s protection.

✅ STILL ALLOWED (because balance matters)
