For a lot of us with ADHD, autism, or both, sitting on the floor isn't random. It helps us feel steady, safe, or more in our bodies.
Chairs aren't always it. This is a very real form of regulation that many of us share. Be kind to yourself.

its so true.I didn't know i had adhd until I was older but chose to sit on the floor over chairs and couches all the time.
